The Pain Comes and Go

My back is having pain once again...pain from the lower back to the upper back too...feeling so stiff and strain along the spine...numb on the hand and also feeling a little bit weak on the leg...ermm...just all of a sudden this happen...i try to diagnose what actually that cause the pain to come back...what can i said is that i x reti dok diam...not enough rest and the spine is utilizing it all along the days...weeks...and month i guess..added with some spice of falling down twice on the ground...bending my back a lot too...gatal to basuh and berus baju beria2 that's one of the reason also...huhu...all are my fault...x sedar diri...x reti dok diam...waaa...:(
